Begin by seasoning both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and place it on a serving platter. Top each chicken breast with the cherry tomato and mozzarella mixture.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top, allowing it to cascade down the sides.
Scatter the remaining fresh basil leaves over the dish for a burst of color and flavor.
