Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or turkey

2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

1 cup fresh corn kernels (or 1 can of corn, drained)

1 bell pepper, diced (any color)

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Aluminum foil (heavy-duty)

Optional: shredded cheese for topping

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while you prepare the ingredients.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), thinly sliced potatoes, corn, diced bell pepper, sliced onion, minced garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

Tear off large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 18 inches long). You'll need one sheet per serving packet.

Divide the mixture evenly among the foil sheets, placing them in the center.

Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture and crimp the top to seal the packets tightly, ensuring no steam escapes.

Place the sealed packets on the preheated grill, cooking for about 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, carefully flip the packets to ensure even cooking.

After 25-30 minutes, carefully open one packet to check if the potatoes are tender; if not, reseal and return it to the grill for an additional 5-10 minutes.

Once done, remove the packets from the grill using tongs and let them sit for a few minutes before unwrapping. Be careful of hot steam!

Optional: Sprinkle with shredded cheese before serving for an extra cheesy touch.
