Ingredients

6 large croissants

8 oz sliced ham

8 oz Swiss cheese or any cheese of your choice, sliced

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Freshly cracked pepper to taste

1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dried thyme, and pepper to create a spread.

Carefully slice each croissant in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through, creating a pocket.

Spread a generous amount of the mustard-mayo mixture inside each croissant.

Layer the sliced ham and cheese inside each croissant, allowing the cheese to peek out slightly.

Place the stuffed croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the croissants are golden brown.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

                      Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 25 min | Servings: 6
