1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water (adjust as needed for batter consistency)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.

      Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until you have a smooth batter that coats the back of a spoon. If the batter is too thick, add a touch more water.

        Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's well-coated. Allow excess batter to drip off before placing it in the air fryer.

          Place the batter-coated cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray them with olive oil for extra crispness.

            Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.

              In a separate bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower bites with the buffalo sauce and toss to coat them evenly.

                Return the sauced cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes to get them extra crispy.

                  Once done, remove from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
